At UPES, we value the experience acquired in community activities and leisure, and we emphasize the development of this side in our university. We therefore offer our students activities of great variety, ranging from community, sports, artistic, scientific, environmental, voluntary, etc. The associative life offered by the UPES is very rich. The UPES is a destination for associations to offer their activities in a framework of training and leisure. These associations remain an open place and completely accessible to each student who wishes to integrate.

The alumni association can be considered as an integration strategy for new graduates. Being part of a woven community of students is a strategic lever that will make it possible to establish links between graduates and companies, it can also be a 'networking' environment allowing to start professional relations involving several fields and leading to the production of many innovative projects.
The relationship between current students and alumni is also important. Alumni can offer their expertise and know-how acquired from their time in the professional world to their colleagues. With this relationship, there may also be several opportunities for students: chances of networking and development of contacts that will be useful to them in the future, employment opportunities following their graduation, internship possibilities on a national level and international, etc. The doors that can open thanks to the alumni network are numerous and constitute an opportunity for support and mentoring that can have excellent results for students.
The alumni network plays a central role in the financial support of the university. Whether from their own funds, on behalf of their companies, or otherwise, alumni are always recognized for the financial investments they make in college. Every amount donated, no matter what, is appreciated and will go directly to a fund used to finance and provide assistance to students in need. These donations are also used for the development of the university, the purchase of educational materials, environmental and infrastructural development, as well as the financing of educational projects and events.
The UPES alumni association regularly organizes open-access networking events for our current students, faculty members, and university graduates to provide a space to connect and support each other or participants can make connections and find new opportunities.
The alumni guide is a permanent directory that is renewed each year containing resources available through alumni students and their professional entourage. This guide is offered to current students and can facilitate the job search and professional internship processes as part of their studies.
The UPES regularly organizes (more often during the last semester of the school year) orientation and coaching events whose aim is to prepare students in the process of developing their end-of-study projects and which are almost at the stage of integration into the labor market and to answer their questions concerning hiring, professional life, the development of curriculum vitae, etc. These events are planned by the alumni community and are open to all students registered at UPES.
